1) Dhillukku Dhuddu

Dhilluku Dhuddu (Money for Guts) is a Tamil slapstick comedy-horror film directed by Rambala and produced by Sri Thenandal Films. The film features starring Santhanam and Anchal Singh in the leading roles, while Saurabh Shukla appears in a pivotal role. Featuring music composed by S. Thaman, Dhilluku Dhuddu began production in November 2015 and released on 7 July 2016 and turned to be successful at box office.
2) Pizza
The story is about a pizza delivery boy Michael (Sethupathi) who lands in a mysterious predicament and how it causes a dramatic change in his life. Karthik Subbaraj marked his entry into Tamil cinema with this brilliant horror film. This nail-biting thriller had a very strong story. An engaging screenplay, combined with actors who did justice to their roles, this film made it big at the box office. The film features Vijay Sethupathi and Remya Nambeesan in lead roles, while Aadukalam Naren, Jayakumar, Pooja Ramachandran and Bobby Simha play supporting roles.
3) Eram
It is the best tamil horror movie in 2009. Eeram was produced by none other than Director Shankar, It was directed by Arivazhagan Venkatachalam who also penned the screenplay for the movie. It was a revenge story but not a usual revenge story, Ghost takes “WATER” as a medium to revenge. And a beautiful love is embedded in this Ghost revenge story. Aadhi plays a police inspector who comes to investigate the murder of his ex-Lover. And only at the interval block director let us know that it is a Ghost story until then Audience thought it was Crime Thriller. This film showed the audience that it is always possible to make a purely horror film, without any additional song/dance sequences. The twist at the climax was very unique and it never fails to pull the rug from under our feet. The movie simultaneously released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.
4) Yaamirukka Bayamey:
Yaamirukka Bayamey is a 2014 Indian Tamil horror comedy film written and directed by debutant Deekay and produced by Elred Kumar.The cast includes Kreshna, Rupa Manjari, Karuna, Oviya and Anaswara Kumar. 15 technicians were introduced in the film, which started shooting in Nainital in October. The movie creates tension through the horror scenes while releasing it in the form of humour. The comedy track is not the cliched jokes made on the horror genre. Rather, there is some freshness in the humour that makes the movie work well. The movie was well received by the critics and the audience.

Kaashmora is in English Deadly Spirit and 2016 Indian Tamil-language action fantasy horror comedy film written and directed by Gokul. It features Karthi, Nayantara and Sri Divya in the lead roles. It was dubbed into Hindi under same name by Goldmines Telefilms.The film opened to mixed reviews and made good opening at box office and declared as sleeper Hit.
11) Demonte Colony:
Demonte Colony is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language horror thriller film written and directed by R Ajay Gnanamuthu, featuring Arulnithi in the lead role. Also starring Ramesh Thilak, Sananth and Abhishek Joseph, the film is a fictional story set at the Demonte Colony in Alwarpet, Chennai. Demonte Colony features cinematography by Aravinnd Singh, songs composed by guitarist Keba Jeremiah, and an original score by S. Chinna.
